Shipping Policy

We process most orders from our partner company based in Madrid, Spain, and the majority of our orders are shipped directly from this location.

Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully submitted, orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive this email within the specified processing time, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is still not located, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery and Tracking

Delivery times are estimated and vary significantly based on the destination country and the carrier's transit schedule.

All packages are shipped via third-party carriers. Once the package is transferred to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for transit-related issues, including, but not limited to, shipping delays or package loss.

You are responsible for monitoring the shipment's progress. Please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to check the status directly on the carrier's website.

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Customers located outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

OCUFY® is not responsible for these charges. All import expenses, customs fees, duties, and any other extra charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed, in which case a refund may not be issued.

Non-Refundable Charges: Under no circumstances will OCUFY® refund any international charges, including but not limited to:

- Import taxes

- Shipping costs (both charges, if there is a return).

- Customs duties

- Brokerage fees or any other additional charges paid by the customer to receive the product.

Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to the customer’s non-payment of import duties, the package may be returned to Spain. In such cases, the cost of the original shipping and any "Return to Sender" fees incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund. In some countries, packages are destroyed. in that case no refund will be processed.
