Return Policy
Standard Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your product subject to the following conditions:

| Return Window | Products must be postmarked for return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. |
| Product Condition | Items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. |
| Return Shipping | OCUFY® will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns initiated within the 14-day window*. |
| Initiating a Return | To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. |
Once the returned package is received and the contents are inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed*.
Please Note: Returns initiated after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to the customer’s non-payment of import duties, the package may be returned to Spain. In such cases, the cost of the original shipping and any "Return to Sender" fees incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund. In some countries, packages are destroyed. in that case no refund will be processed.
*Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Charges: Under no circumstances will OCUFY® refund any international charges, including but not limited to:
- Import taxes
- Shipping costs (both shipping fees)
- Customs duties
- Brokerage fees or any other additional charges paid by the customer to receive the product.
Manufacturing Defects and Faults
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or a factory fault, we are happy to evaluate it for a replacement:
Contact Us: Please contact our customer support immediately and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
Evaluation: Our team will review the evidence and approve a replacement at our discretion.
Replacement Shipment: If a replacement is approved, a new item will be shipped to you.
Important for International Customers: Replacement shipments, like original orders, may be subject to new import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
