Terms and Conditions
OCUFY® reserves the right to change the product, its appearance and/or any aspect thereof without prior notice. The products functionality will be the same, this is due to manufacturing issues, product improvements and user experience.
Promos and/or discounts are valid within the announced period and are subject to territory where the promotions and/or discounts can be applied.
These Terms and Conditions only apply to products purchased through our online store or directly from us. If you got your product via a distributor, you must contact them to resolve any issue.
Shipping:
Once the payment has been submitted, your order will be processed within the next 3 (three) business days.
Once the order and payment have been processed, you will receive an email with the shipping details. If you don’t receive an email within this period, check your spam folder, if not, contact us.
OCUFY® is not responsible for import and customs problems in each country. Import expenses, customs fees and/or extra charges must be paid by the customer.
Shipping is done by third party companies outside OCUFY®’s organization and we will not be responsible for problems that the shipping service may have; Whether they are delays and / or loss of the package.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, you must track it via the carrier’s website.
Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is refused due to the customer’s non-payment of import duties, the package may be returned to Spain. In such cases, the cost of the original shipping and any "Return to Sender" fees incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund. In some countries, packages are destroyed. in that case no refund will be processed.
Returns:
You have 14 days / 2 weeks from the delivery date to test the product and return it, within this period OCUFY® will provide a shipping label to return the product and a refund will be made once the return of the package has been confirmed. Once these 14 days have passed, the product cannot be return. Under no circumstance we will pay/refund import taxes or any extra fees payed to receive the products, shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount.
If the product has a defect or factory fault, providing proof of the problem, the company will evaluate its replacement. Please contact us and we will evaluate your situation.
Installation and use:
A detailed explanation guide is provided containing photos and videos to correctly install your device. If your device suffers any damage or breakage due to misuse or bad installation, the company reserves the right to repair or replace your device. Each case will be evaluated individually.
Limitation of Liability and Proper Equipment Handling Under no circumstances shall OCUFY® be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages to mobile devices, slit lamps, microscopes, or any other professional equipment resulting from improper use, handling errors, or user negligence.
The user assumes full responsibility for manually controlling the pivot mechanism. The faceplate must be supported at all times to prevent abrupt drops that may result in the detachment of the mobile device. While our products utilize industrial-grade neodymium magnets for high-security attachment, OCUFY® does not guarantee that a device will remain attached if the product is subjected to sudden impacts, excessive force, or general misuse.
Limited Warranty Policy
1. Scope of Warranty: OCUFY® warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing under normal and intended use for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of delivery.
2. What is Covered: This warranty covers structural defects in the adapter, manufacturing flaws in the magnetic attachment system, and failure of the pivot mechanism due to factory assembly errors.
3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions) This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidental drops, impacts, or user negligence (e.g., letting the faceplate drop abruptly).
- Wear and tear from daily use (minor scratches, fading of materials).
- Damage to third-party equipment (cellphones, microscopes, slit lamps) used in conjunction with our product.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by the customer.
- Use of incompatible phone cases or non-recommended magnetic accessories.
4. Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a claim, the customer must email admin@ocufysystem.com with proof of purchase and clear video evidence of the manufacturing defect. If the claim is approved, OCUFY® will, at its discretion, either repair the product or provide a replacement unit. Import duties/taxes and shipping costs won't be refunded.
5. Shipping and Import Costs While OCUFY® will provide the replacement unit free of charge for valid claims, the customer remains responsible for international shipping costs and any potential import duties or taxes required by the destination country to receive the replacement part.
